The Opportunity As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that drive business success. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction for application architecture, guiding impactful projects and fostering executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role offers the chance to shape the future of technology solutions, leveraging your knowledge in cloud architectures and emerging technologies to create a thriving environment for both people and technology.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

At least 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in application architecture/solution architecture

Knowledge in Engineering, Computer Science preferred

Demonstrating thought leadership in cloud architectures

Directing efforts in event-driven and microservices architectures

Utilizing Big Data, Analytics, and AI tools

Understanding DevOps practices and automation techniques

Managing rapid-prototyping with emerging technologies

Leading integration across technology solutions

Communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Developing applications with proficiency in scripting languages

Leading developers in delivery of software products

Actual compensation within the rate will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
