(Hybrid) Description Are you a skilled sales professional with a background in engineering? Or an engineer with a background in sales? DMC is seeking a Sales Engineer of Electrical Systems to drive business growth, manage key accounts and support our panel shop in Chicago. In this role, you will generate new opportunities, foster customer relationships and collaborate cross functionally. Responsibilities Independently identify and cultivate new business opportunities, supporting sales prospecting efforts Generate estimates, quotes, and proposals for control panel design and assembly Leverage a CRM to effectively manage and take full ownership of customer relationships Engage with perspective customers and internal engineering teams to understand customer needs and project scope Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in sales or related field Proven success in business development and account management for industrial equipment and/or control panels Strong understanding of industry standards Willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnight trips Base Compensation: In addition to bonuses and/or incentives. $70,000 - $110,000 Additional Information:
