Now Hiring: Construction Manager Texas (SW Region) | 40–60 hrs/week | Travel 75–100% $70,000–$90,000/year + Bonuses + Per Diem + Benefits

Your Role & Impact: Build and strengthen customer relationships, representing TCE’s reputation for excellence Manage multiple construction sites day-to-day: staffing, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation Identify and mitigate project risks proactively; keep projects on track and on budget Lead, motivate, and develop crews and crew leaders through coaching and conflict resolution Conduct site walks, safety inspections, equipment checks, and ensure compliance Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure adherence to specifications Handle all administrative tasks: daily reports, timesheets, expenses, and project closeout Investigate incidents and lead corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment Interface with Customer & Tower Owner project, integration & Safety teams Requirements:

What You Bring: Minimum 2 - 5 years’ construction management experience in wireless telecommunications Hands-on experience managing crews on the General Contractor side Professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all dealings Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management apps) OSHA 30 certification required; Comtrain Train the Trainer a plus Valid driver’s license with clean record; CDL preferred Comfortable with 75–100% travel (mostly regional) Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Pay & Perks Salary Range $70,000 – $90,000+ Per diem $45/day when traveling Bonus opportunities - Performance-based Paid time off - Vacation, sick days, holidays Insurance - Company-paid life, short/long-term disability, health/dental contributions Career growth - Robust training & development programs Travel support - Hotel accommodations & travel expenses covered Why TCE?
