Our client, a popular and fast-growing beauty brand, is seeking a part time Receptionist to join their team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Receptionist to support the daily operations of a vibrant office environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, while also planning events for the team.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner • Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies; place orders as needed • Coordinate internal team events and company gatherings • Submit and track expense reports for four executives using Expensify • Assist in the creation and tracking of purchase orders (POs) • Support HR functions, including onboarding and general administrative tasks • Make restaurant reservations for meetings and events; familiarity with local/trendy spots is preferred • Provide calendar management and meeting scheduling support for executives
Receptionist Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment • Experience with tools such as Expensify, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite • Professional demeanor and positive attitude • Knowledge of local dining and hospitality venues is a plus
