guide every decision, and your contributions matter. What You'll Do Ensure that safety programs and worksite procedures are followed-help keep teams safe and productive. Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, and change management. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure work meets all specifications and quality standards. Support the superintendent with daily project operations and documentation. Verify that all equipment and materials meet project requirements and are properly used onsite. Learn and apply critical field procedures for surveying, bolting, welding, and more.
What You Bring to the Team Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field (or working toward one). Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to take on new challenges. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-first attitude. High spatial intelligence and ability to interpret construction plans and drawings. Willingness to complete
OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification
and
CPR/First Aid Training

$60,000 - $80,000
