Overview: Presbyterian is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacy Technician Trainer to educate and mentor pharmacy technicians in best practices, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Functions as Lead Technician in assigned area of work.Actively participates in the Quality Process, including improvement initiatives.Actively participates in policy, procedure, and standard work development.Supports leadership to drive Employee and Customer EngagementOr primary responsibility is to prepare sterile hazardous (ie Oncology)Or operates in lead administrative technician position within the department. Responsible for adherence to the Department Compliance Plan for Controlled Substances. Performs other functions as required.
