Job Description
This position is a temporary student worker to accept and plate aerobic/anaerobic cultures, fecals, fungal cultures, blood cultures, and to send outs. The worker will provide relief during the week and weekends for continuity of service, replacing previous student positions. Sub organisms for QC, lab maintenance, and LIS reporting.

Requirements and Qualifications Minimum Experience/Education:
Microbiology laboratory experience; microbiology coursework.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education:
Molecular techniques (PCR).
Skills and Tasks:
Accept and plate aerobic/anaerobic cultures, fecals, fungal cultures, blood cultures, send outs, serology testing and PCR. Sub organisms for QC, lab maintenance and LIS reporting.
