Job Description Domino’s Pizza Delivery Driver – Deliver Smiles, One Slice at a Time!
Location: 4755 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC
Position Overview Do you enjoy being on the road? Do you want a flexible job that allows you to make great tips? If so, become a Pizza Delivery Driver with Domino’s Pizza! We’re searching for friendly and reliable drivers to deliver hot, delicious pizzas to our customers. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of our company, ensuring each delivery is prompt and leaves a positive impression.
What you’ll be doing
Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and safe manner
Provide friendly and courteous customer service
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle as well as the store level
Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
Accept payment and process transactions accurately
What we’re looking for
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for a minimum of one year
Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

Compensation Drivers average $15–$20/hr or $30k–$40k a year. Drivers are now paid $9 an hour, average $3.00 per delivery in tips, and average 3 deliveries per hour. Hourly tips avg. = $9.00/hr. Hourly tips ($9.00) + pay ($9) = $18.00/hr. $18.00/hr × 40hr a week = $720 a week. 50 weeks a year (take 2 weeks off) = $36,000.
Non‑negotiable factors
Make perfect pizza every time by adhering to Domino’s standards
Maintain 100% image at all times, representing the brand positively and following the dress code
Work with hustle and energy required for a fast‑paced environment
Be friendly and have a smile with all customers; excellent customer service is foundational
Qualifications
Driver’s License (USA) of at least 1 year (not including permit)
Clean driving record – no more than 3 violations in 2 years
Ability to pass a standard Background Check
