About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Product for an AI Platform to spearhead the development of groundbreaking AI technologies that will redefine the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of creating products that not only meet market demands but also set new standards for excellence. This executive role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of AI-driven products that provide exceptional value to clients. The VP of Product will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for engaging with stakeholders, conducting market research, and prioritizing user experience and scalability.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of product management experience in technology-driven industries, particularly in iPaaS, SaaS, and AI within the last 5 years. A proven track record of leading product development from concept to launch in a high-tech environment is essential, as is a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications within the automotive sector. The role requires excellent leadership, team-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding communication abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with constant changes and client demands.
