Mileage Pay (Post‑Training):

Stop Pay:
$15 per stop once upgraded
Equipment:
Assigned late‑model automatic tractor after solo qualification
Drivers are paid weekly, and most trainees transition to solo status quickly once training benchmarks are met.
Route & Schedule Details
OTR Schedule:
1214 days out followed by a 34‑hour home reset
Freight Type:
No‑touch dry van
Load Types:
Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
Running Area:
48‑state OTR after training
Home Base:
Charlotte, NC metro region
This position is built to help new drivers gain real over‑the‑road experience while running consistent freight.
