About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Vaccine Market Operations to spearhead the national growth strategy in the post-acute and long-term care sectors. The successful candidate will be a visionary commercial leader with a strong background in vaccine industry, capable of blending strategic, data-driven execution to achieve significant growth and impact. This role involves full P&L responsibility, direct influence on margin, membership, and market share, and the design and execution of a scalable business strategy. The VP will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing sales organization, strengthening partnerships with providers, manufacturers, and pharmacies, and using analytics to optimize operations and performance.
Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare, pharma, or distribution, with a proven track record of driving substantial vaccine sales. The role requires a candidate with a strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skill set, as well as experience in P&L management, GPO engagement, and a deep understanding of post-acute markets. The VP will be expected to collaborate across various teams to enhance the member experience and shape the future of vaccine distribution and immunization programs in the specified care settings.
