Commercial Drywall & Painting Superintendent
to lead their on site crews. This full-time role involves overseeing commercial drywall and framing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery - an excellent opportunity for a seasoned supervisor to join a stable, low-turnover team with strong employee loyalty.

What You'll Do as the Commercial Drywall & Painting Superintendent: Supervise and coordinate crews installing commercial metal-and-wood framed drywall on both large ($1M–$4M) and smaller projects. Review blueprints and job plans, assign tasks, schedule work, and manage materials and equipment on site. Monitor work quality and compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to solve on-site issues and keep projects on schedule. Mentor crew members, support best practices, and ensure smooth project handoffs. Must-Haves as the Commercial Drywall & Painting Superintendent: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience supervising commercial drywall and framing (metal or wood) projects. Proven experience managing medium-to-large scale commercial jobs ($1M–$4M) and smaller projects. Strong leadership and crew-management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans accurately. Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. High school diploma or equivalent (industry certifications a plus). Fluency in English; Spanish-speaking or bilingual is a plus. Nice-to-Haves as the Commercial Drywall & Painting Superintendent: Previous experience as assistant foreman or supervisory role in a similar commercial drywall company. Certifications or training in construction safety, project management, or OSHA-related courses. Familiarity with both wood and metal framing in commercial settings.
