This position involves the production of gummy vitamins from scratch and includes roles such as Compounding, Material Handling, Machine Operation, Packing Line, and Quality Control. Spanish speaking only personnel highly recommended! Key Responsibilities: Assist in the production of gummy vitamins from raw materials Operate and monitor production machinery (Machine Operators) Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to production formulas (Compounders) Handle and move materials throughout the production area (Material Handlers) Perform packing, labeling, and palletizing on production lines Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP and safety guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Requirements: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift Why Work at NAZTEC: Competitive pay with shift differential for 3rd shift Consistent, full-time hours Opportunity to grow within a manufacturing environment Clean, structured, and team-oriented workplace Company Description Naztec International Group LLC is a 22-year-old, dynamic and growing multi-division company based in West Palm Beach, FL.
