in New York City, is seeking an experienced
Estimator
to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting
ground-up construction projects
across Manhattan while contributing to the success of a growing and respected contractor.
Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up construction projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate bids Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented Review and assess subcontractor proposals and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
Requirements: Proven experience as an
Estimator
within a
General Contractor
environment Strong knowledge of ground-up construction projects Excellent analytical, numerical, xsgimln and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills
