This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, focused on building analytics-ready data models in a modern Databricks lakehouse to support enterprise reporting, forecasting, and operational insights.
Austin, TX; Hybrid
What You’ll Do: Build and optimize Silver/Gold data models in Databricks using SQL, Spark, and Delta Lake Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable, governed data transformations Develop enterprise data models across CRM and operational systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred) Partner with data engineering and BI teams to support semantic layers, KPIs, and downstream reporting Drive data quality, performance optimization, and documentation standards
What We’re xsgimln Looking For: 5+ years of analytics engineering or data modeling experience in Databricks 3+ years of Salesforce experience Strong SQL and PySpark skills with modern lakehouse and dimensional modeling experience Ability to bridge business context with technical execution in an enterprise environment
