To support its global operations, Mapletree has established an extensive network of offices in these countries. Job Responsibilities Support implementation of sustainability initiatives within the business units and across the U.S. portfolio including environmental data collection and management, stakeholder engagement, decarbonization measures, green building certifications and renewable energy projects. Assist with the development of analysis methods/tools to assess strategy impact and effectiveness in areas of environmental data collection and management, stakeholder engagement initiatives, decarbonization measures etc. Support ESG reporting requirements including annual sustainability report, greenhouse gas (GHG), GRI, TFCD and Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) submittals. Assist with the creation of educational materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders regarding applicable sustainability standards, regulatory compliance requirements, decarbonization strategies. Job Requirements Candidates should be pursuing a degree in a relevant field, preferably in real estate, business, sustainability, or environmental science. Candidates should possess a high level of initiative and be able to work independently. Candidates should be team players and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. xsgimln Professional working levels of English are essential for this role.
