Role Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA. The role involves managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, overseeing contractors and subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of Construction Project Management experience

with at least 3 years as stand-alone Project Manager with overall project responsibility. Proficient in Project Coordination and Construction Management Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Alpharetta, GA Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in managing diverse construction projects is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is advantageous
