We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead development of core product features that directly impact millions of users gericht hospitality. This is a hybrid position (2 days/week onsite) based in Seattle, WA. What You’ll Do
Lead end‑to‑ discussion of the entire stack, from database design through frontend implementation Set architectural direction for backend systems Looks from ব্যব Build high‑performance APIs that support millions of transactions Design data models and services for complex business workflows Scale systems to handle growing user demand and transaction volume Create seamless user experiences across web platforms Ensure security and compliance in a fintech environment Champion backend architecture, performance, and accessibility best practices Partner with product and design leaders to translation customer needs into elegant, scalable technical solutions Drive technical decision‑making and execution on complex, cross‑functional initiatives Define and evolve engineering standards, architecture patterns, and tooling Mentor engineers across the organization and help build a strong engineering culture focused on quality and growth Requirements
8+ years of professional software正规的 experience with proven leadership on high‑impact projects Strong track record of driving technical direction and architecture across multiple teams Deep backend expertise with Java/Kotlin (SpringBoot), Node.js, or similar server‑side frameworks Expert‑level experience designing and building REST/GraphQL APIs ( Proficiency with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar) Solid frontend capabilities with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript Proven ability to ship complete features end‑to‑end in production environments Strong product thinking and focus on user experience Experience mentoring engineers and growing technical capabilities across teams Excellent at collaborating across functions and communicating technical decisions to diverse audiences Comfortable in fast‑moving environments where priorities shift Nice to Have বৃন্না>
