Bridgewater Bank is looking for a Treasury Management Analyst Lead to join our Treasury Management team in St. Louis Park. This role reports to the AVP Sales Support and will lead the Treasury Management Analyst team, serving as a critical point of contact for clients on complex Treasury Management relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the Treasury Management Analyst team

Provide mentorship, training and coaching to team members, including regular performance feedback

Hold the team accountable to service and productivity metrics as designated by the department scorecard

Provide input to the leader regarding scorecard metrics and team delivery

Preparation of sales

Work on cost comparisons, proposals and timelines

Provide monthly reports for the Treasury Management team as requested.

Provide client support, relationship management and onboarding of new clients

Serve as a client resource when the sales team is unavailable

Assist with general banking and Treasury Management questions.

Attend prospect and client meetings, reviews, etc. as appropriate

Support onboarding of complex Treasury Management relationships

Manage documentation and paperwork

Serve as a liaison between Treasury Management and other BWB departments

Participate in cross‑collaboration team meetings.

Cascade messages to TM Analyst and TM Sales teams.

Procedure/Process Ownership

Ownership of identified process/procedures

Project/Initiative Involvement

Provide Treasury Management perspective and involvement in designated projects

QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of banking/financial services experience

Knowledge of Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.)

Attention to detail with professional organizational, written, and communication skills

Client‑facing experience required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $80,000 – $90,000. Compensation may vary based on individual qualifications. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
