Job Description
Lead and / or participate in Kyriba implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives for clients across various industries.
Configure and optimize Kyriba modules including Cash Management, Connectivity, Payments, Financial Transactions, Bank Account Management, Bank Fee Analysis to align with clients' treasury and finance goals.
Advise clients on best practices in financial transactions, reporting, and analytics leveraging Kyriba tools.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Kyriba system solutions.
Develop reports and dashboards for clients using Kyriba's Business Analytics features to support strategic decision-making.
Manage and resolve system integration issues related to bank connectivity and ERP systems.
Provide end‑user training, post‑go‑live support, and ongoing system enhancement support as needed.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Experience:
3‑7+ years of experience in Kyriba TMS implementations, with a focus on cash management, payments, bank connectivity and financial transactions.
Certifications:
Kyriba certifications required at a minimum are
Cash Management ,
Payments, Connectivity, Deal Capture (Financial Transactions) .
In‑depth knowledge of treasury and cash‑management practices, financial instruments, and liquidity management.
Strong project management skills and experience leading full‑cycle implementations.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Exposure to related software and banking systems and networks such as SWIFT, Host‑to‑Host (FTP), other TMS solutions, payment platforms, and banking solutions.
Familiarity with ERP systems and integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with financial accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Strong understanding of treasury operations, compliance, and risk management.
Compensation & Benefits The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $145,,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $138,000 - $166,750 USD. The job is also eligible to dots participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
