What you\'ll do
The RestaurantGeneral Manageris the key Coach and Leader of the Team. He or she is responsible not just for the overall operations of the designated location, but also the training, coaching, and development of the rest of the management team and teammates.
Key responsibilities include:
Hiring and development of a rock star Wendy’s team
Facilitating proper standards and procedures
Role modeling and maintaining the highest level of guest service at all times
Inventory counting and recording
Creating Teammate and Management
Opening and closing the restaurant as a part of the management schedule, and additional administrative duties weekly, monthly, and quarterly
Develop and coach the team to maintain the positive dining experience of customers
Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
Maximize store sales and achieve profit goals
Maintain QSC standards and ensure that the Wendy’s brand and assets are well protected

What we expect from you Team players wanted - job requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of General Manager experience is Required
QSR or Fast-casual experience, Required
Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
An impressive work-ethic
Desire to learn industry/gain experience
Highly collaborative nature
Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; Must be able to multi-task
Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to our team, while demonstrating a \"Can Do\" attitude
