As a Senior Manager – Consulting (Automotive), you will make an impact by leading business transformation initiatives for automotive clients across the value chain—from sourcing and procurement to manufacturing and distribution. You will be a valued member of the Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities (MLEU) Consulting unit in the Americas region and work collaboratively with clients, Cognizant teams, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions. In this Role, You Will
Lead business transformation programs for automotive clients, focusing on sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution. Provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions for manufacturing and configure-to-order environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and operational excellence. Develop and implement supply chain strategies, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics optimization. Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies for clients. Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery. Drive thought leadership initiatives, including authoring white papers, conducting workshops, and hosting webinars. Work Model

12+ years of consulting or industry experience with a strong focus on automotive and manufacturing. Proven expertise in configure-to-order and process-oriented environments. Excellent client-facing capabilities and a track record of selling and delivering consulting engagementsルト Experience engaging with Director/VP-level executives at client organizations. MBA with strong academic credentials (preferred). These Will Help You Succeed
Knowledge of R&D, PLM, and integrated design and manufacturing processes. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships. Ability to drive thought leadership and contribute to industry forums. Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Compensation
This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits
