In this role you will lead complex design-build projects from inception through completion. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to highest quality standards.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Project Leadership:** Oversee all phases of design-build projects, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closeout.* **Budget & Schedule Management:** Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.* **Stakeholder Coordination:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.* **Contract Administration:** Manage design-build contracts, change orders, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.* **Quality & Safety:** Enforce quality control standards and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.* **Team Development**: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.**Qualifications/Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, Master’s preferred.* 5+ years of progressive project management experience in construction.* Proven track record managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).* Deep understanding of design-build processes, contracts, and risk management.**Working Hours:** Full-Time Exempt, Hybrid position.Expected compensation range is between $100,000K- $150,000K annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.**What’s In It For You:*** Company-paid life and disability insurance* Optional benefits like pet insurance, legal, and supplemental health plans* 401(k) with day-one eligibility, 3% safe harbor, plus up to 2.5% company match* Generous time off: 10 paid holidays and PTO starting at 15 days, growing up to 25* Access to Consertus Academy for continuous learning and development**How to Apply:**If you’re passionate about leading projects we’d love to hear from you.
