An internationally recognized law firm is seeking a fulltime Professional Liability Attorney to work with our team representing health care professionals in malpractice related claims (Hybrid).
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the State of California 2+ years of defense litigation experience Experience defending professional liability including health care (malpractice) related claims Superior analytical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Deposition and law and motion experience preferred Vaccination is not required but encouraged Responsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects Regularly handle court appearances and depositions Communicate with clients and provide status reports Benefits
