Job Description We are the leading provider of worldwide smart end-to-end supply chain & logistics, enabling the flow of trade across the globe. Our comprehensive range of products and services covers every link of the integrated supply chain – from maritime and inland terminals to marine services and industrial parks as well as technology-driven customer solutions.
The role is responsible for leading and expanding DP World’s Less-than-Container Load (LCL) service offering within the Americas region. It ensures the development of a cohesive and competitive LCL network in alignment with global initiatives, while establishing local solutions through strong collaboration with Container Freight Station (CFS) providers. The position plays a key role in driving growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the region.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and enhance the LCL service offering in the Americas region
Collaborate with global and regional teams to create an integrated and consistent LCL network
Establish, manage, and strengthen partnerships with CFS providers to deliver tailored local solutions
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Oversee operational performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
Design and implement strategic plans to support the growth and competitiveness of LCL services
Manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding with a strong focus on LCL services
Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling LCL service offerings
Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic planning and business development expertise
Proficiency in logistics systems, tools, and digital platforms
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
