Responsibilities

Shape strategy: Build ISO 55001‑aligned asset management frameworks, governance, and roadmaps.

Improve lifecycle performance: Develop lifecycle models, criticality assessments, and RCM/RBM programs.

Boost reliability: Analyze asset performance, lead RCA, and implement CBM/PdM initiatives.

Enable digital transformation: Design EAM/CMMS data structures, support IoT/Industry 4.0 analytics, and create KPI dashboards.

Optimize cost & risk: Build risk models, optimize maintenance/shutdown plans, and develop long‑term investment cases.

Strengthen compliance & ESG: Support safety, regulatory alignment, sustainability, and OT cybersecurity.

Requirements

Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or related field.

5+ years in asset management, maintenance, or reliability within industrial sectors.

Strong knowledge of ISO 55000, RCM, risk‑based maintenance, and reliability engineering.

Hands‑on experience with EAM/CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor) and data/BI tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.

Nice to have

Experience with predictive analytics, digital twins, or advanced condition monitoring.

Background in energy, O&G, utilities, chemicals, or heavy manufacturing.

Familiarity with IEC/ISO reliability and safety standards.
