The Clinic Lead participates in program development and department performance improvement. The Clinic Lead consistently demonstrates the core values of Enloe Health and serves as a role model to other employees.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:Minimum:* Two years clerical experience in medical setting.* One-year experience in a hospital-based clinic or medical practice setting.Desired:* Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.* Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
Ability to organize and complete work in an efficient and effective manner while focusing on detail and timeliness. Ability to be flexible in work assignments. Must have typing and computer skills to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally both one-on-one and in groups.
Must have the ability to lead, motivate, delegate, analyze information, and problem solve. Must demonstrate professional judgment.
