Play a key role in the future of the company by shaping tax strategy, optimizing tax structures, and ensuring readiness for complex transactions, including IPO tax planning and compliance.
Review key tax risk areas and processes that impact corporate tax reporting and filings.
Evaluate, monitor, and enhance internal controls over tax compliance, reporting, and provision processes that support accurate financial and SEC disclosures.

Orientation: Heavy accounting orientation is required with related experience across analytics, operations and executives
Public Company Experience: Required
IPO Experience: Preferred
Tenure: 10‑15+ years of progressive career success
