Regional Senior Living Sales Director
to support our communities. This role is open to candidates outside the current region who are
willing to relocate to the Omaha, NE territory . If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving occupancy, and leading high-performing sales teams, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Location:
Omaha, NE (relocation required) Travel:
Up to 75% travel across NE, IA, ND, and MD
What You’ll Do
Lead weekly sales calls for regional communities, providing guidance, training, and support both onsite and virtually.
Drive and maintain 95%+ occupancy through effective sales, marketing, and public relations strategies.
Coach sales teams on relationship-building with prospects, families, and referral partners throughout the decision-making process.
Partner with Executive Directors to address challenges, drive growth, and achieve business goals.
Support community events, direct mail efforts, networking activities, and advertising initiatives.
Develop KPI-driven marketing plans and lead targeted initiatives for each community.
Serve as an Interim Senior Living Consultant when needed, supporting tours, lead generation, and CRM accuracy.
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales team members.
Maintain regular communication with the CEO to support strategy development, brainstorming, and execution.
What You Bring
Proven sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to drive results across multiple markets.
Leadership experience with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
Solid understanding of KPIs, ROI, and budget management.
Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to relocate to the Omaha, NE area and travel extensively within the region, including occasional evenings or weekends.
