Job Summary The Senior Manager of Market Access Analytics is responsible for developing and implementing the analytical roadmap to ensure our Payer and Patient Services teams are positioned to make informed decisions, execute clearly, and effectively understand all performance levers. This role will partner throughout the organization to contribute to a healthy culture of ongoing learning and improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace, analytical best practices, and a working knowledge of payer and patient services industry dynamics.
Essential Functions Overall
Report to the Senior Director of Analytics and Insights, partner closely with the Director of Market Planning along with Market Access (Payer and Patient Services) and Marketing Teams.
Design, implement and manage a structured approach to measuring business performance such that insights are timely and actionable.
Perform ad-hoc and curiosity-driven explorations on an ongoing basis to support organizational learning.
Support the Market Access team by leading insight-related projects throughout the year.
Drive organizational alignment in terms of “what we know”, “what we don’t”, and “where we are prioritizing our learning”.
Patient Services Analytics
Design and implement an approach to ensuring clear and consistent visibility for all relevant KPIs and insights in order to understand the patient journey and related commercial actions.
Relentlessly pursue insights and drive curiosity along all steps of the patient journey, conducting and deploying ad-hoc analytics as needed.
Advise and create analytical requirements for dashboard creation, potential data requirements, and related business rules in order to bring necessary level of rigor.
Payer Analytics
Drive organizational alignment on all aspects of payer analytics.
Bring structure and consistency to enable organizational clarity as it relates to analyzing and then deciding on potential actions with payers.
Design and implement dashboards and analytics to summarize the payer landscape and flexibly dive deeper to understand payer-specific policies, performance, and behaviors.
Governance, Compliance & Leadership
Ensure all activities adhere to U.S. industry regulations (e.g., PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, FDA promotional requirements).
Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Medical Affairs to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
Contribute to a U.S. commercial Strategy and Operations team of professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Experience and Education
5+ years of commercial analytics experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Proven expertise in payer analytics, contracting approaches, and related operational considerations.
Proven expertise in isolating leverage points in the patient journey in order to enable the organization to effectively address opportunities.
Deep knowledge of U.S. commercial compliance requirements, including FDA promotional rules, PhRMA Code, and Sunshine Act.
Track record of collaborating effectively with Market Access, Marketing, Compliance, and other functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with ability to support business objectives with meaningful analytical support plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and field teams.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Demonstrated success leading large scale projects.

$150,000 - $180,000 per year
At Dompe, we offer an attractive compensation package to our team members. Any offer would include a competitive base salary (estimate shared above), incentive bonus, and benefits package customary to the position.
