Position We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least five (5) years of civil litigation experience in the state of Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal injury/insurance defense litigation, including jury trials.

Qualifications & Skills

Licensed Attorney in Good Standing with the Florida Bar.

Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience in Florida.

Personal injury litigation experience (auto accidents, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, etc.)

Demonstrated civil jury trial experience.

Specific experience in negligent security cases.

Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and team focused environment.

Windows‑proficient and computer‑savvy.

Proficient in Florida E‑filing systems.

Responsibilities & Duties

Drafting complaints, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, and related pleadings.

Client interface regarding discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and case strategy.

Performing legal research on case‑specific issues.

Frequent court appearances, hearings, depositions, and pretrial conferences.

Arguing motions and negotiating claims.

Active participation in trial preparation and jury trials.
