Responsibilities

Deliver programs with high quality and speed
Drive areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to implement
Delivers on business and technical outcomes
Prepare and drive program roadmaps, involving multiple contributing teams and phases
Exhibits Boundaryless Leadership:
Drive and clearly communicate strategy, plans, status, risks and issues to stakeholders
Build trust, understand escalation paths and facilitate change
Technical:
Participate in the software development lifecycle
Assist in development of technical requirements and connect them to the project or program objectives to ensure all program outcomes have been met
Able to ask the right questions to help identify technical gaps and facilitate decisioning process
Strategically Focused:
Contribute to the program strategy and and deliver results as aligned with strategy
Prioritize within the project or program and surface trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders
Demonstrate end-to-end thinking: Bring all of the critical pieces together – strategy, business goals, design, execution, technology, and customer needs
Qualifications
Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 5 or more years leading well defined small-medium sized technology focused programs
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, ability to influence at group manager and director level
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs
Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering
B.S. in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
CSM, agile training and agile experience preferred
PMP or MBA strongly preferred
