Job Description
In this role you will drive the advancement and harmonization of sensory and consumer research methodologies and capabilities, to enable innovation and deliver actionable insights that meet internal customer needs. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective management and alignment of internal and external sensory panels, as well as methodologies to support high‑quality sensory evaluation and product performance in Mars Pet Nutrition.
What are we looking for?
Experience in application of sensory & consumer science in R&D and familiar with sensory data collections software.
Experience in product development preferred.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, second language advantageous.
What will be your key responsibilities?
You will be responsible for managing a defined number of internal and external sensory panels in alignment with internal customer needs.
You will develop standard operating procedures, guidelines, and trainings to guide application of sensory and consumer methodology.
You will manage knowledge and application of innovative sensory and consumer research methodologies via active participation in conferences and product research network.
You will be responsible for advancing user experience and consumer testing methodologies in line with Mars PN business and strategic priorities to advance innovation and product performance capabilities.
