We are seeking experienced and proactive At-the-Elbow (ATE) Support Lead personnel to assist end-users during the go-live of the Beaker system. ATE Support will provide real-time, on-site assistance to clinical and administrative staff, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform and minimizing disruptions to patient care and workflow.

Quick Hitters: Start date: Monday, February 16th Go-live: Saturday, February 21st End date: Friday, March 6th Duration: 3 weeks Training will be held in Arlington for 1 week, then you will be stationed at 1 location for 2 weeks of project work (subject to change)

Schedule: Training: 2/16-2/19, 8AM-5PM 2/20 off Project work: 2/21-2/25, 12PM-9PM 2/26-3/1 off Project work: 3/2-3/6, 12PM-9PM

Requirements: Beaker ATE experience Lab experience

Key Responsibilities: Proctoring in training Provide hands-on support to users during the Beaker system go-live. Assist with navigation, workflow execution, and troubleshooting within the Lumens platform. Serve as a liaison between end-users and the technical support team to escalate and resolve issues. Document common issues and user feedback for post-go-live optimization. Offer guidance on best practices and system functionality based on training materials. Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure clinical environments. Support various departments including GI labs, scheduling, nursing, and physician teams. Assist with specimen collection when needed
