About the Role

EDH Business Systems Analyst Location:

Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex

U.S. healthcare data sets

to understand business and technical requirements Create, refine, and own

end-to-end user stories

for EDH initiatives Perform

data mapping and data validation

using SQL Work closely with business users, data engineers, and downstream teams to clarify requirements Identify

upstream/downstream dependencies

and integration impacts early Ensure user stories are

complete, accurate, and ready for implementation Support EDH delivery by answering requirement-related questions and resolving data issues

Required Skills & Experience Strong U.S. healthcare domain knowledge Hands-on SQL experience Background in healthcare data warehousing Ability to independently create and own user stories and data mappings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills End-to-end ownership mindset (not just documentation)

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$100,000 – 105,000 annually].
