Requirements Current or eligible
New Mexico RN license 7+ years
healthcare experience with
3+ years
in leadership BSN required
(MSN, MHA, or MBA preferred) Experience in a
for-profit hospital
strongly preferred Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Preferred Experience collaborating with hospital providers and medical staff
