Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for licensed PTs, OTs, STs, COTAs, and PTAs in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care to patients across various settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home environments. The role involves providing direct rehabilitation services, developing care plans, ensuring patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive treatment strategies. Candidates will also assist in program implementation to improve patient care outcomes and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Experience providing Patient Care and delivering high-quality Home Care services Skill in Program Development and implementing care programs effectively Relevant licenses and certifications required for PTs, OTs, STs, COTAs, or PTAs Strong communication and teamwork abilities within interdisciplinary teams Prior experience in various clinical care settings is a plus Commitment to patient-centered care and achieving optimal therapy outcomes
