Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

Full-Time | Flexible 4 or 5-Day Week Pay:
$120,000–$130,000 base + $5,000 productivity & quality bonus
Role Highlights Deliver comprehensive primary care (preventive, acute, chronic care) Conduct histories, physicals, and evidence-based evaluations Diagnose and manage common primary care conditions Prescribe medications and coordinate care with physicians Order and interpret labs and imaging Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education Document care accurately in EMR; support quality metrics Work within a collaborative, team-based care model
Requirements PA or NP degree from an accredited program Board Certified (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) Active, unrestricted NY license DEA (or ability to obtain) Current BLS/ACLS Clean malpractice history
