Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Nursing, based in Bremerton, WA. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing and guiding all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and upholding the highest standards of clinical care. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring nursing staff, developing and implementing patient care programs, managing infection control protocols, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring efficient coordination with other departments to deliver high-quality, long-term care services.

Qualifications Advanced expertise in Nursing, Medicine, and Long-term Care practices Strong skills in Nursing Management and the ability to lead and support nursing teams Proficiency in implementing and overseeing Infection Control measures Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities Active RN license in the state of Washington Prior experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care facility preferred Commitment to compassionate care and a patient-focused approach Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field strongly preferred
