Duties:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve patients' speech, language, and communication skills
- Monitor and track patients' progress throughout the course of therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families regarding communication disorders
Experience: - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders - Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology - Clinical experience working with individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders - Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques used in speech-language pathology - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families - Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
