A well-established and growing general contractor is seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead on-site operations for ground-up and major renovation projects across the Cincinnati market. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality, safety, and schedule execution.
THE ROLE Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project close-out Manage subcontractors, self-perform crews, inspections, and daily site logistics Drive project schedules and coordinate closely with the Project Manager Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Conduct daily meetings, site walks, and quality control inspections Interface with owners, inspectors, and design teams as needed
REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor Experience delivering ground-up and large renovation projects ($10M–$50M+) Strong knowledge of means and methods across all trades Proven ability to manage schedules, manpower, and subcontractor performance Strong safety mindset with OSHA knowledge Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
