Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Loan Closer at Sir Lends A Lot LLC.

As a Loan Closer, you’ll take deals from clear-to-close to funded. You are the last line of defense before money goes out the door—and the reason deals close on time.

This is an execution role. You’ll work directly with borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and internal teams to get loans funded cleanly and on schedule.

clear-to-close through funding Coordinate with

title, escrow, and attorneys Review closing docs, settlement statements, payoffs, and final loan terms Ensure all conditions are met prior to funding Schedule closings and confirm wires and disbursements Handle post-closing docs (recorded DOT, title policy, trailing items) Communicate clearly with borrowers—no surprises at the closing table

Qualifications Must-Haves 2+ years of loan closing experience (private money, hard money, or DSCR strongly preferred) Strong understanding of: Settlement statements Closing disclosures Title & escrow processes Real estate loan documents Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable juggling multiple closings at once Strong communicator who follows up without being asked Nice-to-Haves Hard money or non-QM experience Investor / fix-and-flip loan background Multi-state closing experience Familiarity with LOS/CRM systems (Mortgage Automator, Encompass, etc.)

Compensation $60k/year base + $100/loan closed. Health Reimbursement Plan Unlimited PTO
