We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale commercial, multifamily, and hospitality construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and challenges proactively. Mentor and guide project teams to maintain high performance and collaboration. Qualifications: 7+ years of project management experience in commercial, multifamily, or hospitality construction. Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M+ preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
