The Senior Sales Executive will directly drive new project revenue across core geographic markets, support relationship development with key stakeholders, and serve as the front-end lead for larger turnkey capital project sales. This hire will play a major role in both revenue generation and strategic account development. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships with ISD administrators, municipalities, owner’s reps, architects, and facility teams. Lead sales process from first meeting through project award. Pursue both negotiated work and pre-bid relationship positioning. Package multiple scopes into bundled capital improvement programs. Partner with estimator and technical team (Chuck) to develop accurate pricing, scopes, and schedules. Support expansion into adjacent growth markets (Taylor, Georgetown, Hutto, etc.) Mentor junior sales staff as division scales. xsgimln Participate in subcontractor and vendor relationship development.

Must Have: 5+ years sales experience in construction, site development, or public sector capital projects Proven track record closing negotiated or relationship-driven work Confident leading client presentations and multi-party meetings Comfortable navigating school boards, bond-funded projects, and public procurement Strong communication, consultative selling style Comfortable handling multiple scopes and complex projects Self-directed, relationship-first business approach Preferred: Existing Texas K-12 or public sector client relationships Background working with purchasing cooperatives (BuyBoard, TIPS, etc.) Experience with CTE, athletic, or playground facility packages Experience collaborating with owner’s reps, architects, or GCs Ability to help recruit subcontractors and vendor partners Key Personal Traits Relationship-first business approach Comfortable working with school superintendents, CFOs, public works directors, etc. Self-directed but team-oriented Able to handle complexity across multiple scopes Excited to help build a rapidly scaling division Organized, proactive, professionally persistent
