We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential in delivering projects that exceed expectations in terms of financial performance, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate subcontractor and supplier activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and construction standards. Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, fostering a positive project atmosphere and proactive problem-solving. Utilize project management software to track daily progress, document milestones, and capture project data. Schedule and manage project inspections, communicate results to clients, and conduct comprehensive walkthroughs. Proactively identify and resolve construction, safety, and cost-related issues, seeking guidance from the Production Manager as needed. Review and approve subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Manage the punch-list process, including scheduling final inspections, obtaining client sign-off, and communicating warranty information. xsgimln Provide hands-on construction support as needed to ensure project quality Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving construction or warranty issues.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in residential construction supervision Proven ability to manage multiple residential projects, adapt to changing project requirements, and meet deadlines Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards Excellent references from previous employers, subcontractors, and clients
