What You'll Do Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects Assist with subcontractor buyout, contract preparation, and scope review Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation to ensure timely review and distribution Maintain drawing logs and assist with document control and field coordination Help manage project schedules, cost tracking, and change order documentation Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and inspectors Participate in jobsite meetings and site walks Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and as-builts
What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of experience in commercial and/or residential construction preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus A collaborative mindset xsgimln and willingness to learn
