Insight Global is seeking an

Electrical Superintendent

for an electrical contracting company. This role will lead field operations for electrical projects, ensuring safe, high-quality installations delivered on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent will direct crews, coordinate with trades, manage logistics, and support Project Managers with progress, cost, and risk visibility.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Plan daily and weekly work plans, manpower, and sequencing Coordinate with GC, other trades, and inspectors; attend OAC and coordination meetings Read drawings, specifications, and RFIs; issue field clarifications and redlines Oversee installation of power, lighting, gear, feeders, branch circuits, controls, and low-voltage systems Manage material and equipment deliveries, laydown areas, tools, prefab kitting, and logistics Track productivity, percent complete, and crew performance; adjust to meet milestones Lead testing, commissioning, start-up, punch list, and turnover activities Identify field changes; document T&M, support change orders, and mitigate impacts Complete daily reports, photos, timesheets, and as-built updates Mentor foremen and apprentices

Required Skills & Experience: 5–10+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or foreman role Experience managing crews on commercial, multi-family, or large-scale projects 5-10+ years of field leadership and coordination with GCs and trades Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety standards Experience coordinating with GCs, trades, and inspectors and skilled in planning manpower, sequencing, and logistics Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and RFIs

Compensation & Benefits:

$75K–$150K.
