You’ll be joining our Houston TX home office, a trusted name in HVAC services with a strong reputation for reliability and results. This position is for the Houston Tx metropolitan area. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Commercial HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Professional to own and grow a defined territory in the Houston metro area. This is a full-time, hybrid role focused on selling preventive maintenance agreements, helping facility owners and managers maximize building performance while lowering operating costs. This role is ideal for a proven B2B sales professional who thrives on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing value-based deals. If you’re ready to control your income and grow your career, this is the place. What You’ll Do Prospect and qualify new commercial accounts for HVAC preventive maintenance agreements Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, referrals, and industry events. Master the use of
company-provided lead generation and prospecting tools Conduct site assessments and collaborate with service teams to develop customized solutions. Prepare and present professional proposals using financial selling skills. Follow up and close these opportunities. Maintain a healthy pipeline in our CRM tool and track activity consistently. Build strong, long-term relationships with facility owners, managers, and decision makers. Meet and exceed sales goals with discipline and persistence. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales experience in service industries. Knowledge of HVAC systems, estimating, or service project sales is helpful but not required Strong hunter mentality: organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple deals at once.
