Responsibilities Oversee daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination Maintain schedules and enforce safety standards Ensure work is completed per plans, specs, and quality expectations Lead inspections, punch lists, and project closeout Communicate effectively with Project Managers and stakeholders
Requirements Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience Ground-up commercial construction background required Retail, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred xsgimln Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced schedules
