Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in San Jose, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project teams, managing schedules, overseeing expediting and procurement activities, conducting inspections, and maintaining communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. xsgimln This role requires ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, proactively addressing challenges, and delivering exceptional results for each project.
Qualifications Proven experience in Project Management and ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Strong skills in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain high standards across all project phases Experience in Logistics Management to coordinate schedules, resources, and transportation effectively Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage project teams and interact with clients and stakeholders Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure Familiarity with construction regulations and workplace safety standards Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
